farm trip

ahah....at last....like i said i wanted to blog bout the farm trip...i better do that now before i get really lazy as i lose the excitement.its really not as exciting when i wanted to blog about it when i just came back and still so awed by it know.so ah wth...its not really much of any surprise already...not too much point of blogging also cz most pics are already posted in fb which most ppl would have seen and i get so excited when i see ppl on messenger and have already told em bout the trip.

ah...who cares..here goes....for those..probably most i haven't told yet.*hopefully i still remember the details as they slowly fade from my ever "good" memory *melissa if you're reading*. :P

okay.....the farm trip was on last saturday...what date was it??*checks calendar,seriously* yep,the 14th of march.one word to describe the whole experience is FUN!!!! :P the farm trip was to a family's farm actually:the mudford's in woodville. man the farm is so huge it could have been a few families' actually. anyways, since we're going to a family's farm so esther said we should bring like little gifts from our own country,can be food or keychain stuff, just as lil appreciation souvenirs for having us there. then we were like WHA..??!!! smtg from malaysia...like keychain or whatever?i didn't bring any.so off we went to davis trading (a shop...more of like supplier of various types of food....the place to go if you wanna get asian stuffs like kicap or pastes...they even have frozen durian there). we were looking and looking...there's lotsa tempting stuffs in there but seriously...finding some special food from malaysia ain't that easy. most of the stuffs that we eat back in malaysia apparently aren't made in malaysia.they are like from indonesis,china?finally smtg i spotted from malaysia! :) errr...dried cuttlefish??erm...do you think thats appropriate gift?i mean they dun necessarily would like stuffs like that eh.luckily after hard peeping through this aisle and poking my head into some corner, i found something which i thought ....not too bad to serve as a gift, wouldn't be too embarassing i hope :P and that is erm "sae kek ma" or whats the other name for it... i forgot.tell me if you guys know. ok its smtg like honey? covered biscuit. and i would have bought another one for myself but apparently they ran out and thats the only one left.so what to do?have to sacrifice...next time i'll get it again.

ah...thats pretty long only one the gift.so saturday morning we have to get up early to prepare lunch(we have to bring our own). i made myself sandwich from ham and lettuce and ketchup :P *delicious* and we have to catch the earliest bus into town...erm which is 9.15am...not that early ac.then we have to rush to kmart before meeting up with the rest in pak n save carpark cz we haven't got any gumboots * yes judy,we should have listen to you and bought the last time :P* it was rather rush to buy the gumboots cz was looking for james' boots.... *ish* but anyhow we got there in time....we weren't that late... :P so just waited and chatted and crapped until we set off in kelvin's car.it only takes around less than 30 minutes to get there. oh btw i shall skip the bee-in-the-car-incident :P

so we got there and dilly dally this and then we got separated into 2 groups and one will be visiting the farm first and the other one the horses and then vice versa.and my group was the horses first :PP...and we were suppose to have names for our groups.mine was called COW POO and the other was BIG PEE *i think* :P it was really fun getting to be in close contact with the horses. there were 3 there. 2 of them, milo and hazel? *i forgot her name* belong to amber and roxy the a lil freaky one belongs to jordan. we started off by learning how to brush the horses...different brushes and their uses, how we should brush em and all and also taking their horse shoe off.i never got to try that though. after that we get to ride on em :P. initially i wanted to ride on milo cz i was brushing her earlier but i went on roxy instead.it wasn't as easy as it looks you know when you watch ppl do that on tv or like how amber just mounts effortlessly*well,she's been riding since she was young eh:P*the horse is so high...and i bet i can't get up on my own so amber helped me up...and i didn't get on my first attempt. heheh...the next time i got on though. even though the horse was being led by someone...*mine was jordan* i must admit its a lil freaky...especially when roxy's turning....somehow feel a bit sway-ish..and the pacing part was a bit freaky too...going up and down heheheh....and yes yes....i fell of the horse.heh....luckily thing not while i was riding her.but when i was trying to get down *you know as clumsy as i get* there i slipped and feel hard on the ground.nothing major really...i am fine and kicking and just like any normal healthy human being,just a lil torns in my hand when i fell on the grass.fortunately,roxy didn get really scared and stepped on me when i fell *thats what jordan told*

everyone was really nice...asking me if i'm ok after that :) i'm so sorry to make amber feel bad that i fell off the horse.

after horse - riding *more like being horse-led actually:)* its LUNCH time. ah....ppl that knows me obviously knows its one of my favourite times of the day.hhehhehehe....my sandwich was yum yum....and seriously who can be full with just a samdwich??? hahahah....not me thats obvious. so i took more toast with homemade jam from the mudford's.the jam was really yummy...its plum and nashi pear i think...not to mention i ate some of of pat's salad,a mouthful of chris's and amy's fried rice each.hehhehe....yummy :P.after that nai chen offered me his sandwich*ppl keep spreading bout my big appetite and tamchiakness..oh boy...although its true....there's too may ppl knowing :P*....goodness his lunchbox was so huge,with apples and sanwichesss..but too bad...i already had too much toast and was ~happy and contented~ already.
so i passed. :P

then whats up next???ahah...farm visiting. we get to ride on some cart being led by some motor thg :P...and so we went....and tour around the enormous farm of the mudford's and to smell the fresh air filled with smell of cow poo and pee :P.hahahahahaha...then we climbed up a small hill.man it was very tiring...especially when you're wearing gumboots which is heavy and there's holes on the path up the hill. when i got up there...i was just breathless...not because of the scenery,no...but because i was out of breath.that doesn't mean the scenery is not awesome...just that i was "breath-less" :P.it was so tiring you just lie down on the grass which was a great feeling. :P and we had grass fight too...hahhaha...silly-ness. and took pictures of course and i tried rolling down the hill to save my energy :P....and ppl tried to help me to :P. "thanks".

later later we shooed the cows to the milking shed...and also milked the cows...i always thought it would be manually but the technology has advanced...we use machine now...so i tried that instead. :P i didn't try fresh milk straight from the udder though cz i didn't dare...sorry...but i don't know,just didn't dare...now i think back...perhaps i should have.:P

after after after....:P we're suppose to have dinner and some sorta play by the pool...they have one pool and another spa right beside which was warm.i was so so tempted to get into the pool as i usually would be by so many countless things :P.but the problem was i wasn't planning to get into the pool so i didn't bring my shorts(i did bring my change of clothes though).i was so hesistant as usual and not many ppl wanna accompany me in there. damn. they attempted to throw me in at first but anyways after some time of hesitating i finally made up my mine and got in anyways. :P it was FREAKING FREAKING cold when i got in.the water was freezingly cold? i was just curling myself in one corner of the pool and shivering away. but ah after awhile...your whole body just got numb that you don't really feel anything :P.so it was cool.at least i could say i've been inside a cold pool :P.but i got into the pool so late*after much of my indecisiveness* that they were already serving dinner at that time.so by the time i got out and finish drying up and changed dinner was all gone. *aghast* hahah....but i was fine,really for those of you gasping looking at the "i was fine" :P. cz there were dessert left.ice cream and jelly and peaches :P.did i mention i was shivering most of the time after i got out from the pool? :P

and the last activity would be the barn dance! :P so fun really.they taught us like 4 barn dances..all of them really cute.in circles and in pairs and all...too bad i can't remember what they were called. :P but they were just awesome...:P
i think thats pretty much a lot of of the farm trip.i skipped the part we did the electric fence thing thoh cz i don't think that was really exciting...and i don't know how to load in between pics...and very lazy to so just a bunch at the end ya. :P
